This stack is assembled by metal bipolar plate has better electrical conductance,thermal conductance and mechanical property than graphite bipolar plate.In addition ,metal bipolar plate is quite suitable for dereasing the stack thickness,realizing mass production ,and enhancing the volume power density or mass specific power.

1. High efficiency (>50%)and high specific power. The power density of membrance could reach more than 2A/cm² at 0.6V,with total weight of PT loaded on the cathode and anode is 0.6mg/cm² and excess coefficient is 1.5 and 2.5 for hydrogen and air ,respectively.

2. Lightweight and zero emission.The air-cooling and self-humidifying technology greatly simplifies the fuel cell system ,and the specific power of the stack with newly designed metal plate can achieve more than 600W/kg.

3. Reliable and independent of power grid .Unique designed structure with positive voltage on anode,negative voltage on cathode and air-open cathode enables fuel cell to preseng extraordinary safety,and immediately operate once with hydrogen supplied.

4. Easy maintenance.Modular cell stack technology that assembled by modular single cell in series with independent elecricity generation and cooling funcion greatly simplifies the stacking and maintenance.
